Although there was a small mix-up with our room booking upon check-in, the staff handled it with such professionalism, kindness, and efficiency that it hardly felt like an inconvenience. The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking – surrounded by the iconic giant lotus pond, it feels like stepping into a dream. The room was elegant, clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering both privacy and luxury. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, making it the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. From personalized greetings to helpful suggestions and small thoughtful gestures, their attentiveness made a lasting impression. Despite the initial room mix-up, our stay at MaDooh Bua was nothing short of wonderful. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already dreaming of our next visit. The hotel is great and the staff are really attentive, supporting and awesome. During my stay, my friend and me are having emergency. The manager even came to the hospital and they offered us a free stay until everything is settled. They also offered us meal and drinks and visited us at the hotel. They are showing a great hospitality. The facilities are great and they even provided smart tv with netflix and youtube. They also offered mosquite repellent inside the room. The pool also great and surround with pool of lotuses. Such a nice ambient

The Staff were very friendly and on hand to help at any time. They were very helpful when we needed to ask questions about getting to places. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel as it was a lovely few days for my partner and I to relax and enjoy our trip in Thailand.

The overall look of the property is beautiful. Its unique Lilly pond is always a great sight to wake up to. The breakfast variety was great and the staff were very welcoming.

The place is very beautiful and perfect for pictures. our villa was spacious, very clean and had quality furniture and very cosy bed. the pool was well kept, although I can understand how some people think it might seem „dirty“ and that is because it is surrounded by trees so the surface of the water has some organic particles, but nothing to consider „dirty“. it is just normal for such an environment. The staff were very friendly, and I think they are working really hard to keep the place clean and safe. there is literally a security guy walking around almost every hour checked the area, even at night. so again, I have to disapprove one of the reviews that said they felt not safe. I think the hotel took that review seriously and fixed that.
